Federal Law restricts the sale of Lower Receivers to anyone under the age of 21. You may not purchase a firearm if you are a convicted felon, or convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, fugitive from justice or if you are under a domestic restraining order. Additionally you may not purchase a firearm if you are addicted to drugs or a habitual drug user, or having received a dishonorable discharge from the military, or you are not a citizen of the United States, or have ever renounced your US citizenship. Shipping
Shipping charges on all Retail orders to U.S. customers in the lower 48 states is a Flat Rate of $7.00 for orders with a sub total less than $140 after which orders receive a 5% shipping cost. We will ship your order the most economical way via USPS Ground Service by the US Postal Service. Other types of Express Shipping Services are available (from UPS and USPS) and will be quoted on a per order basis if requested. Wholesale or Special Order items are not eligible for Flat Rate Shipping.
An additional $5.00 Charge on all orders that require an adult signature (21 years or older), such as Firearms and Lower Receivers.
Lower Receivers are regulated as firearms and can only be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. That licensed dealer will send or fax a signed “purchase copy” of their license to Liberty Tactical before your lower receiver can be shipped. At that time your local FFL dealer can advise you on any local or state laws that may affect your order and of any transfer fees or other charges that may apply. In addition, you will be required to complete the necessary paperwork and background check with your local FFL dealer when the item arrives.
All Lower Receivers are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping for defects, blemishes and imperfections. Please inspect packaging thoroughly before signing to accept shipment.

Website product pricing may differ from our in-store and gun show pricing. Each venue and its unique expenses and pricing will remain separated from the other. Website pricing will not be honored at any gun show that we are attending and conversely, gun show pricing will not be honored on our website.
We do accept orders by mail. Please call to obtain shipping / handling charges and to check inventory availability prior to mailing order to us. USPS money orders, bank checks, and cashiers checks are accepted and processed upon receipt. Personal and business checks accompanying orders will be delayed (possibly 7-10 days) until the check clears the bank. A fee of $35.00 will be assessed to all returned checks.

We do provide a discount on most of our products to Law Enforcement and Veteran or active duty US military personnel. Please call to place your order and for further details and restrictions. Proof of LE or Military service is required. Note: We do not ship to APO/FPO or out of the continental USA.
Law enforcement agency purchases will require a purchase order, a letter on department letterhead stating it is for official use and signed by Chief, Sheriff or other senior law enforcement officer. A copy of your tax exempt form must also be forwarded along with order.

Warranty / Repairs
Liberty Tactical does not perform repairs or warranty service for any manufacturer. Warranty claims and repairs are the responsibility of manufacturer of the item.
Items should be returned directly to the manufacturer per the manufacturers instructions. Please contact the manufacturer for required procedures to return any defective item. If you require any assistance contacting a manufacturer, please let us know. We will be happy to assist you.
Return Policy / Refunds
If you purchase an item (Special order items are not returnable) from us that you do not like for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund (less initial shipping costs and return shipping costs) within 20 days from date of purchase. Otherwise, there will be a 15% restocking charge if item is returned after initial 20 day period. Additionally, in order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned in new unused condition with all original packaging. All items must also have an RMA number in order to be returned. The RMA number is available through our customer service.
You must contact us prior to sending any item back.
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will make it right at our expense. Just give us a call and we will assist you. Once you have obtained your RMA number please use the most economical method to return the product to us safely (Liberty Tactical is not responsible for returned items lost in transit).
